Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made on Socio Ledger. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate payment, accidental overcharge, or technical processing failures where access to the service was not provisioned.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations stop future billing. Unless required by law, partial periods already used are not refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
Submit your refund request within 7 days of the transaction by emailing support@aanyor.com with your registered email, order ID, amount, and reason for refund. Our team will review and respond.
5. Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank and payment method, the credit may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect.
6. Non‑Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, promotional/discounted periods already used, or where service access was successfully delivered and utilized.
7. Chargebacks
To avoid unintended account disruption, contact us at support@aanyor.com before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to assist and resolve issues promptly.
