1. Overview

Socio Ledger is a software service delivered digitally. No physical shipping is involved. Access to paid features is provisioned to your account upon successful payment via Razorpay.

2. Service Activation

After a successful transaction, digital access is typically granted instantly. In rare cases of delays due to network or bank processing, access will be provisioned within 24 hours.

3. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email/receipt to your registered email address. The service is considered delivered once features are enabled in your account.

4. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment fails or remains pending, access will not be activated. Please retry the payment or contact support with your order ID for assistance.

5. Invoicing

A tax invoice/receipt will be issued to the registered email once payment is captured. Keep this for your records.
